Job Title: Management Accountant (1)
Reports to: Finance and Administration Manager
Age Limit: 35 – 45 years
Terms of service: 3 years contract renewable
Main purpose of the job:
The purpose of this job is the maintenance of management accounts with clear monitoring of the revenue and cost centers’ performance and to ensure that the department managers and their teams operate within the agreed budget. The management accountant also oversees other finance and accounting roles and reports to the Finance and Administration Manager on departmental performance.
Main duties:
• Budgeting and budgetary control
• Expenditure control
• Management reporting and advisory
Minimum Qualifications
• B.Com/BBA (Accounting), ACCA, CPA or equivalent
accounting professional qualification.
• Knowledge of pastel accounting packages
• Excellent analytical & Report Writing skills
• High level of integrity
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar
position in a busy organisation

The purpose of this position is to process accounting transactions and keep proper books of accounts in line with the corporation’s financial policies, procedures and guidelines produce expected periodic accounting results within the corporation’s accounting policies procedures and guidelines.
Main duties:• Revenue control
• Data entry management into PASTEL
• Payroll management
• Management of Debtors and Creditors
• Management of Fixed asset register

Minimum Qualifications
• B.Com/BBA (Accounting), ACCA, CPA or equivalent accounting professional qualification.
• Knowledge of pastel accounting packages
• Excellent analytical & Report Writing skills
• High level of integrity
