Job Title: Operations Manager
NFT Consult, a leading HR Consultancy firm, seeks to recruit for it valuable client, Rural Communications Center Limited. NFT Human Resource Solutions are customer tailored per industry requirements and are geared towards increased cost savings, process improvement leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness yet simultaneously strengthening quality and control of resources.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate market conditions and recommends policy changes to encourage maximum sales activities
- Design market testing process and oversees the implementation of market research testing activities for products and services
- Drive Company revenues by increasing sales of all products and services
- Achieve sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
- Design and implement a sales strategy to achieve desired results.
- Conduct market analysis, identify potential opportunities and launch sales campaigns
- Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, improving product packaging and coordinating new product development.
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
- Accomplish sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising, merchandizing and trade promotion programs and developing sales action plans.
- Meets sales and marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
- Managing the sales team to ensure desired results are delivered.
- Protects the organizations value by keeping information confidential.
- Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s in Sales and Marketing.
- At least two years’ experience in Telecommunication or FMCG.
