Job Title: Call Centre Agents (Several Career Placements)

Aikan HR Consultants seek to recruit for their valuable client, a fast growing multinational company in the Insurance Sector with operations in over 10 countries across Africa and Worldwide.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and verify client information by telephone.
  • Quickly and cordially respond to customer queries by telephone.
  • Enter client information in the Call Centre’s database system.
  • Report any malfunctions of the Call Centre system to the Manager.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The Call Centre Agents should hold diplomas from recognized institution.
  • At least two year’s experience working in a Call Centre.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Ability to communicate in Luganda.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent professional telephone behavior.
  • Ability to effectively work in a team.
  • Ability to deliver results.
  • Ability to undertake tasks without being told.
  • Ability to gain a sense of satisfaction from serving others.
  • Knowledge of another local language other than Luganda.
