Job Title: Manufacturing Team Leader

NFT Consult, a leading HR Consultancy firm, seeks to recruit for it valuable client, Century Bottling Company Limited is a Franchise Bottler and distributor of Coca-Cola Products in Uganda.  NFT Human Resource Solutions are customer tailored per industry requirements and are geared towards increased cost savings, process improvement leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness yet simultaneously strengthening quality and control of resources.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • In charge of adequate production to meet demand and achieve production efficiencies in line with company standards.
  • Achieve raw material yields particularly on crowns and Carbon dioxide (CO2.)
  • Document and implement all daily, weekly and monthly production records in line with our Coca- Cola requirements.
  • (KORE), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point ( HACCP) and  MDWT(Mission Directed Work Team) requirements.
  • Make sure that the line starts on time and with minimal rejects, run efficiently and close down with minimal rejects while optimizing output.
  • Be ready to meet deadlines as per job requirements.
  • Perform any other duty as may be assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant should possess a good bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering.
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in industrial mechanical work preferably an FMCG.
  • Must possess good analytical ability, problem solving  and leadership skills, with a proactive attitude.
  • Must be a strong team player possessing a high degree of integrity, flexibility, honesty
  • Possess the ability to work under minimum supervision.
