Job Summary: The Administration Assistant will support the Right To Play Office through the provision of professional administrative and secretarial support whilst ensuring a friendly and professional customer service at the front office for staff. The incumbent will also provide administrative support to ensure swift implementation of the Kampala Office programme. The incumbent will be part of finance staff for the Kampala project which takes ownership for a range of administrative, basic financial management and logistical tasks.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The ideal candidate for the Administration Assistant vacancy should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting and Finance, Management Science or equivalent
· A minimum of two to three years’ experience with programme and administration support
· Prior work experience in Non-Governmental Organizations or donor-funded projects.
