Job Title: Regional Human Resource Executive (3 Jobs)
KSK Associates is a Professional Services Firm that provides Financial Consultancy Services including Assurance and Business Advisory Services, Business Planning, Feasibility studies & Project Proposal Preparation, Human Resource, Risk Management and Information System Solutions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- To manage the HR function of the Firm;
- To manage the performance management system of the Firm;
- To manage recruitment, retention and exit of human capital in the Firm;
- Managing recruitment on behalf of our clients;
- Oversees the External recruitment and selection practices to ensure the greatest number of highly qualified candidates are referred for each position;
- Ensure interviews and selection techniques comply with the Clients’ policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations;
- Leads and develops the Human resource team;
- Managing the man power and leave plans of the Firm;
- Managing the annual training plan of the Firm(2:8:80);
- To provide secretarial and administrative support, maintenance and management of information held by the firm as may be required;
- Managing events, planning and budgeting for the office (monitor and maintain office supplies);
- Oversees Administrative Activities of the firm;
- Manages employee relations and practices necessary to maintaining a positive employee-employer relationship and promoting a high level of employee commitment and relationships across the organization;
- Management of other Support staff in the Firm;
- Perform any other duties that may be allocated to you from time to time
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial psychology or related field;
- At least five years of progressive human resource experience with a strong background in employment and selection, training, organization development and employee relations;
- The HR Executive should be a member of the HRMAU and professional certification e.g. CIPD, SHRP will be an added advantage
- Excellent listening, grammar, numeracy, comprehension and presentation skills;
- Excellent communication and etiquette skills;
- Organization and planning skills;
- Work management and prioritizing skills;
- Problem solving ability and attention to detail;
- Good record keeping;
- Being reasonable and dependable; and
- Ability to work under minimal supervision;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives;
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion and creative problem solving skills are required
