 Job Title;  Data Entry Specialist (Accounting)

Entry level position for an Accounting graduate.  The job role is to enter accounting records into Quickbooks.  The position has the opportunity to expand into a broader role within the organization, upon proving yourself.
You MUST KNOW Quickbooks and MUST speak fluent English.  Preferred to have a Bachelor degree from an accredited university – in accounting or business.
Job 2:  Accounts Payable Clerk

The position is “Accounts Payable Clerk”. It is an entry-level position that requires attention to detail. The job role is to aggregate all bills / invoices / accounts payable for all of the holding group’s companies.

The individual will be responsible for tracking all vendors and their invoices and coordinating with the respective General Managers to ensure payment is correct.

In addition, the individual will manage the physical copies of the invoices, scan them, and add them to the electronic storage.

Finally, the individual will be responsible for preparing all payments (transfers, checks, or cash), obtaining all signatures required, submitting the payment to the vendor and following up to ensure payment was received.

The position has the opportunity to expand into a broader role within the organization.

You MUST KNOW MS-Excel and MUST speak fluent English. Must have a Bachelor degree from an accredited university.
