Job vacancy for Accounts Assistant at International Medical Link

Job Title:  Accounts Assistant (2 Job Vacancies)

International Medical Link (IML), a registered Health Management Organization (HMO) that offers medical insurance, operates medical clinics, links clients to medical specialists both locally and abroad, fumigation services and wellness clinics.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • In charge of posting and updating the general ledger on a daily basis
  • Responsible for preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales and expenses report.
  • In charge of stock control and management
  • Managing petty cash transactions
  • Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
  • Ensure proper filing and safe custody of documents
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the accountant

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The applicants should hold Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business administration or its equivalent from a recognized institution
  • Part completion of CPA or ACCA (Level II desirable)
  • At least three years’ work experience, experience in a hospital/clinic setting is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate, good at spreadsheets, Tally, and QuickBooks accounting software
