Job opportunity for Internet Assistant at Windle Trust

JOB TITLE: Internet Assistant

Job Description: To coordinate all training Logistics and Administrative needs. Key Responsibilities include;
– Maintaining the usage registration system for the Café- and collect Revenues.
– Providing front line customer service and answer questions and slove problems regarding all issues related to the Internet Café.
– Maintaining Internet Café room in a neat, clean and organized manner.
– Creating and maintaining various reports and spreadsheets to track data usage.
– Acting as back-up to the HR reception desk when additional support is needed.
– Performing any other duties as assigned from time to time by the CTA administration.

Position Requirements
– Candidates should have a minimum of a bachelors degree in any relevant field
– Applicants should have an average of 2 years work experience in the field
– Applicants should be proficient in MS office’ 07, specifically MS word, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, Internet and Email, with the ability and willingness to learn other types of technology including all training systems and equipment.
