Job Description: The customer relations assistant is responsible serving customers by providing product and service information to resolve product and service problems.
By responding to inquiries and queries relating to products and services, customer relations assistants support the processing of customers’ orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities include;
– Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
– Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
– Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
– Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
– Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Position Requirements:
– At least two years’ experience in a related field.
– Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.
