Pilgrim Africa is a locally founded and Christian non-governmentalorganization (NGO) operating in Uganda since 2002 with operations in Eastern and North Eastern Uganda focused on Education and Public Health/Malaria. Pilgrim’s Education Program operates a vibrant and fast growing mixed day and boarding Secondary School based in Soroti.

Job Summary: The Computer Teacher will offer support in programming and offer support to the Robotics unit and a fast growing computer infrastructure.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

·         The applicant must hold an Honours degree in Computer studies with a major bias to Programming from a recognized institution.

·         At least two years of IT teaching experience is mandatory.

·         Highly proficient in the use of modern computer networking technologies

·         Applicants with qualifications and registration with the Ministry ofEducation, Science, Technology and Sports possess an added advantage
