Joanitah wins Miss University Uganda Auditions at Nkumba university

Joan Nakitende won the Miss university, Uganda Auditions at Nkumba University

The long anticipated search for the most beautiful lady to represent Nkumba university in the miss university Uganda competitions2041/15 were crowned yesterday 19th August in the whole day auditions were 21 year old Nakitende Joanitah (Joan) ended up defeating other 5 participants.

Joan is a second year student offering a bachelors degree in Business Administration. She is also a former student of Standard High School Zana and she hails from Luwero District.

Other contestants included Tendo Racheal 21 in 2nd year doing Hotel management, Mugisha Patience 21 in 3rd year doing Information Technology, Nambi Dorcus 19 in 2nd year offering Human Resource and management, Rebecca Ndagire 21 in Tourism and Hotel management.

Nsubaga Ronnie the chief executive officer of Crystal Models was the judge of the day.

The miss university Uganda competitions are running under the theme “ Talent for beauty”

Miss University Uganda is being organized by Zoomwave models and Advertising Company

Over 20 universities in Uganda are expected to participate at the grand finale that will be held at Theater Labonita on the 24th October.

The unveiling of the competitors will take place at club Ambiance on 17th October.

The winner in the finale of miss university Uganda will walk away with a brand new car-Toyota Spacial, tuition for one semester, employment with Techno and also she will compete in Miss University Africa among others.
