Islamic University in Uganda to start offering Nursing and Public Health Courses

Graduates of Islamic University in Uganda

Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU) is planning to start teaching Nursing and Public Health Courses with effect from August 2018. This was revealed by the University Rector during the marking of 30 years of the university.

“As we move to the next 30 years, IUIU will focus more on Science and Technology programmes”. Prof Sengendo said.

The new courses include BSC. Nursing, Bachelor of Biomedical Science  and  Bachelor of Public Health

Other new courses include;
 Mater of Information Technology August 2018
 Ph.D in Education August 2018
 BIT – online August 2018

“With support from IDB and Uganda Government, funds may soon be available to establish a Faculty of Engineering and technology in the next 2-3 years insh’Allah,” he added.
