Islamic university in Uganda to pass out over 2,000

IUIU Graduates Graduates

A total of 2331 are set to receive degrees, diplomas and Certificates at the 25th Graduation ceremony of Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU).

The ceremony is scheduled for Saturday 11 of November 2017 at IUIU main campus in Mbale.

The University’s Academic Registrar Dr. Halima Wakabi Akbar says 56% of the graduands are male while 44% are female.

According to Dr. Halima, some students will graduate with masters, post graduate diplomas, under graduate degree, under graduate diplomas and certificates.

She says the University will the best innovative student with will get the Rector’s Award while Prince Kakungulu Award will go to the best academic student.

An Alumni Award will also be given to the best female student.

The Campus Times congratulates all the successful graduands.
