Iryn Namubiru was yesterday freed form the Japanese police. Namubiru has been in custody for alleged drug-trafficking.

The court found Namubiru innocent since the evidence presented by the Japanese state was not enough to pin her as a drug dealer.
Namubiru was arrested early this month upon her arrival in Japan at Narita International Airport where she had gone to perform.
