The Lakehead University is inviting applications for Undergraduate Entrance Scholarships. These scholarships are available to the top international students applying to Lakehead University for 2018-2019.

The Lakehead University is a public research university with campuses in Thunder Bay and Orillia, Ontario, Canada. Lakehead University, shortened to ‘Lakehead U’, or ‘LU’, is non-denominational and provincially supported.

Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing the undergraduate programme.

Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded to study the subjects offered by the university.

Academic Average (Canadian Equivalent) – Scholarship Total 4 (in Canadian dollars)
90.0% + – $30,000 ($7,500 x 4 years) 1
80.0% – 89.9% – $20,000 ($5,000 x 4 years) 2
75.0% – 79.9% – $4,000 ($4,000 in Year 1 only) 3

Number of Scholarships: There are four scholarships available.

Scholarship can be taken in Canada

Eligibility: Non-Canadian citizens who are entering Lakehead University from a high school, or who are transferring from an international college or university, will be considered for the Undergraduate Entrance Scholarships.

Nationality: International students can apply for these scholarships.

College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirement: Applicants must have previous degree.

Test Requirement: No

English Language Requirement: All international applicants for whom English is not the native tongue must provide proof of competence in the English language.

How to Apply: Automatically considered. No scholarship application is required.

Application Deadline: Applications are open for the academic year 2018-2019.
