I will study the geography of your body and start a revolution

Couple of the week. For now and forever, I remain your only one in love.

Dating Tips: I will write secret notes on your back.

The first time I met you, my stomach was lifted into my throat by one million butterflies and I nearly lost my shit.

You caught me joking about what I would do to you if I got you alone and  you laughed.

I caught you watching me and laughed as well. Your smile just tempts me to suck the enamel of your teeth some day as we watch the city come alive.

I want to watch the sunrise from balconies with you after a night spent discussing politics.

I want to  listen and absorb your ideas and ideals.

Allow me to study the geography of your body and start a revolution with you.

I will later write secret notes on your back as you sleep next to me.

But what I really want to tell you is that regardless of our dusty Kampala city, I love you.

Even if you never love me back… Proverbs 31:29 reads; “Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all.”

I hope that when you’re laying in your bed after a night spent in some distant state or country watching a terrible TV station that you don’t feel so lonely.

For now and forever, I remain your only one in love.
