Uganda Christian University has a number of programmes offered in three intakes of September, January and May Semesters.
Their fees payment procedure is strict. Direct cash payments to the University Cash Office are not accepted. Cash should be deposited on the university bank accounts.
All fees payments to Uganda Christian University are made in the following ways.
1. Bank Draft. The University accepts ONLY Bank Drafts payable to Uganda Christian University. The bank drafts MUST be deposited at the University Cash Office. Direct Cheque deposits to the university accounts are NOT accepted.
2. Electoronic Funds Transfers (EFTs) EFTs to the university bank accounts are acceptable on condition that the student’s Access Number and Names are clearly indicated on the statement. Please ensure that the sending Bank captures these details clearly.
