Government scholarship opportunity for Bachelor of Nursing course at Busitema University 2015/2016

Students interested in studying Nursing have got a reason to smile after Busitema University academic registrar announced availability of 4 slots for Bachelor of Nursing for the academic year 2015/2016.

Tuition fees of the successful applicants will be paid under the Government sponsorship scheme.

The essential subjects for one to qualify for admission to this course include Biology and Chemistry.

The other relevant subjects include one best done of:

  • Mathematics
  • Physics
  • Food & Nutrition
  • Economics
  • Agriculture.

The Academic Registrar told Campus Times that there are also 23 vacancies for Bachelor of Nursing on Private.

Private students who are East African Nationals pay 1,300,000/= while non East African Students pay 1,950,000/= per semester to study the Nursing course at Degree level.

According to the Registrar, the filled in application forms should be submitted not later than Friday 12th June 2015.

Busitema University is one of the Public Universities in Uganda.
