People all over the world celebrate Valentine’s day on 14th February and many people always have many expectations some of which are fulfilled while others are not. But before I highlight some of the expectations let us first look at where it all started from.
Valentine’s Day, also called Saint Valentine’s Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine, is celebrated annually on February 14. Originating as a Western Christian feast day honoring one or two early saints named Valentinus, Valentine’s Day is recognized as a significant cultural, religious and commercial celebration of romance and romantic love in many regions around the world, although it’s not a public holiday in any country.
To sum this up, its a day for celebrating the love we have for each other, It could be your mother, father, sister , best friend and finally Loved one. But it’s like people have only limited it to boyfriends and girlfriends.
This is why we tend to put very high expectations to the people we call our boyfriends or girlfriends on Valentine’s day some of which are highlighted below;

He calls you in the morning and says Happy Valentines, Then the day will continue as usual, if your lucky, you will get to have dinner with them at home and maybe get a small gift.
What i have described above is actually very good and if am in love, i would say am so cool but even when a guy does these, Girls do not think he has done enough for you on that magical day.
