Hundreds of friends and social media users joined the family of the late Desire Mirembe Jemimah in eulogizing the late, describing her as ‘sweet and God fearing.’
Aged 20, Desire Mirembe was a first year student pursuing a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Speech and Language at Makerere University.
Desire Mirembe was killed by unknown people and her body was found dumped in a plantation in Luzira. She was reported missing on Friday 10th July 2015.
According to close sources, her body arrived last night (14th July 2015) at Mulago hospital and will be taken to her parents’ home in Makindye today 15th July where a vigil will be held starting at 7pm.
Burial details will be communicated then but friends say it’s likely to take place at the deceased ancestral home in Kalungu.
A one Samatha via Whatssap message with Campus Times wrote, “She was one of the sweetest people you will ever meet!Very Very God-Fearing.”
Khali K Khalifa wrote, “I love you, You remain alive in our hearts!”
