Job Summary:  The Fresh Graduates will join a variety of disciplines and must be in your final year at university, graduating in 2015. The trainees should be ambitious and want to develop their careers and move forward, always looking for new challenges.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Actively participate in the execution of audits and delivery of other assurance services on a multi-sect oral client portfolio
• Understand the audit risks and complete assigned areas accordingly
• Support the audit team leader in obtaining all necessary audit working papers and documentation
• Undertaking assignment specific research and document findings
• Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to the audit team leader
• Identify performance improvement opportunities and articulate client specific value-add proposals.
• Maintain continuous client engagement to ensure effective and sustained information flow from the clients.
• Be responsible for personal professional progression through attainment of outstanding performance in professional exams.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• The Graduate Associates should hold Bachelor’s degrees with a minimum of upper second class honours or its equivalent.
• Hold a distinction or credit in Mathematics and English at O levels
• The Fresh Graduates should have a desire to be leaders in our chosen markets with a will to succeed.
• Excellent leadership, management, communication and project management skills
• Possess strong business awareness skills and an ability to identify audit issues arising from commercial transactions.
• Excellent team player abilities
• Abilities to multi-task, demonstrate flexibility and work under pressure.
• Possess excellent analytical skills
• Socially confident with good organizational skills.
• Highly proactive approach to problem solving
