Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Temporary)

NFT Consult, a leading HR Consultancy firm, seeks to recruit for it valuable client, a leader in the fight against poverty in sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, the Middle East/North Africa and Latin America. NFT Human Resource Solutions are customer tailored per industry requirements and are geared towards increased cost savings, process improvement leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness yet simultaneously strengthening quality and control of resources.

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing high quality customer services in agriculture, livestock and quality assurance for implementing a customer care system for the Community Knowledge Worker (CKW) project in Uganda. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the day implementation of the call centre activities which include resolving inbound queries, farmer registrations, continuous building of databank and researching on farmer information needs. This is an opportunity for a dynamic professional in the agricultural/livestock sector with a belief in the potential of technology to meaningfully improve rural live hoods.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Quickly respond to inbound farmer/CKW calls
  • Ensure that MIS platform is up to date
  • Technically support in resolving pulse queries
  • Make monitory outbound calls to FHI CKWs
  • Follow up with adoption drive CKWs and support them in setting up demos
  • Follow up with Gumutindo CKWS
  • Updates the existing databases (CRM) with changes and the status of each customer/prospectve customer.
  • Responsible for implementing an execution plan
  • Receiving all inbound calls
  • Daily spot checks of MIS platform and manual update where necessary
  • Resolving pulse queries
  • Calling up FHI 360 CKWs
  • Calling up selected adoption drive CKW groups
  • Calling up all the 94 Gumutindo CKWS
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Representative should preferably hold  a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or business field
  • Good customer service skills
  • Language Proficiency: English, Luo and Luganda
