“Arsenal will bid again for Declan Rice as plans remain clear: he’s top target and the club wants to get it done,” Romano wrote on Twitter on Tuesday.

“Timing of new bid not clear yet but it’s guaranteed that Arsenal won’t stop on this one.

“No plan to bid for Roméo Lavia until they get Rice deal sealed.”

Recall that West Ham United had recently rejected Arsenal’s first bid of around £80million for Rice.

Rice is keen to leave West Ham United this summer and has attracted interest from Arsenal, Chelsea, Bayern Munich, Manchester City and Manchester United.
