Job Summary: The Innovation Village is searching for an experienced, reliable and task oriented Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Team Lead / Managing Director and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. You will be in charge of scheduling meetings, taking minutes during sessions, maintaining database and producing reports or presentations for the Team lead.
