Job Summary: The Innovation Village is searching for an experienced, reliable and task oriented Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Team Lead / Managing Director and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. You will be in charge of scheduling meetings, taking minutes during sessions, maintaining database and producing reports or presentations for the Team lead.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate executive communications, include taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for the team members and industry partners by researching and conducting data for review and presentation.
- Schedule meetings and appointment and manage travel itineraries
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Master’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree level qualification strongly preferred
- Entrepreneurial acumen coupled with great attention to innovative trends
- Experience with project management, strategic planning and demonstrated experience in change management
- Knowledge of global and regional innovation trends
- Demonstrated ability with improving and creating and implementing new systems and approaches
- Well organized, logical thinking decision – maker with an analytical, detailed approach to researching and problem solving
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Well-developed organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Great verbal and written communication skills
