Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive the planned expansion of the Distribution network.
- Collaborate with all other departmental heads to ensure company objectives are met.
- Identify and implement strategies aimed at driving sales revenue and fostering overall departmental growth.
- Carryout regular market research and analysis.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of Regional Distribution Sales Representatives (DSRs).
- Prepare and submit regular activity reports to management in a timely manner.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively (approximately 50% of the time) to conduct sales calls in various regions of the country.
- Coordinate Head office and branch marketing activities.
- Work with sales department to execute customer focused brand campaigns.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing events, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Any other task deemed necessary to accomplish the above.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of an upper second-class honours degree in Sales & Marketing or any related field from reputable university.
- A minimum of four years of experience in distribution sales and managing sales representatives, with a strong drive to achieve set targets.
- Excellent written and spoken English, good interpersonal, presentation and commercial skills.
- Good computer skills including MS suite.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, high integrity and ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Valid driving License.
- Knowledge and experience in digital marketing as well as membership in relevant professional bodies will be added advantage.
- Age: Between 25 and 40 years of age.
