Job Title: Depot Yard Supervisor

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure receipt of product, establishment of product quality and quantity with utmost precision.
- Ensure discharge activities are done with no leaks and discharge is done to absolute completion.
- Parking outside and inside the Depot is orderly to avoid any obstruction.
- Loadings are done without delay and the cause of any reported delivery problems are established and resolved.
- Take custody of spill response equipment.
- Ensure all keys to the valves, and other locking systems are always securely deposited when not being used.
- Carry out monthly compilation of HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality) performance data
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a BSc in Engineering, Logistics, or relevant field
- Previous experience of leading a team
- Hard working and conscientious with the ability to motivate & support
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team without constant supervision
- Excellent skills in Depot Operations.
- Ability to execute stock reconciliation and reporting
