An engineering student at International university of East Africa

International University Of East Africa (IUEA) has come up with a Cisco academy to address the growing demand for ICT Network professionals.

The rapid growth of networks has created a global shortage of people who are qualified to implement and maintain networking solutions, especially in places where networks are being built.

The Cisco Academy helps individuals prepare for industry-recognized certifications and entry-level information and communication technology (ICT) careers.

Networking Academy students worldwide gain the skills needed to build, design, and maintain computer networks; improving their career prospects while filling the global demand for networking professionals.

Program Delivery
This Academy is to  deliver a comprehensive, 21st century learning experience to help students develop the foundational ICT skills needed to design, build, and manage networks, along with career skills such as problem solving, collaboration, and critical thinking.

Student’s will have complete hands-on learning activities and network simulations to develop practical skills that will help them fill a growing need for networking professionals around the world.

The Cisco Academy will open in September 2014
