JOB DETAILS: 
NGO seeks qualified CHEF to implement their culinary training programme. Chef will be responsible for the set up of kitchen, program training, and overseeing all aspects of the project Requirements: training at a culinary institution, experience working in a kitchen or hotel or restaurant, understanding the supplies and inventories available in Uganda, ability to design menus and schedule purchase orders, and willingness to train small groups of participants in the basics of culinary arts. 2 years working experience. Programme will be implemented through Open Gate Internationalwww.opengateintl.
