Celkon Campus Nova A352E with 3.5-Inch display launched

Celkon on Thursday launched the Campus Nova A352E handset in the Indian market, after listing it on its site earlier this week. The smartphone will be a Snapdeal-exclusive at Rs. 1,999 until October 23 as a part of the company’s Diwali promotion.

The dual-SIM Celkon Campus Nova A352E runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box and features a 3.5-inch HVGA (320×480 pixels) TFT display. The smartphone is powered by a 1GHz processor (unspecified), coupled with 256MB of RAM. A 2-megapixel rear camera is also housed on the handset.

The Campus Nova A352E includes 512MB of built-in storage with microSD card support (up to 32GB). On the connectivity front, the smartphone includes Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, and GPRS/ EDGE options. The smartphone features a 1400mAh Li-ion battery.

The company on Wednesday listed its new Celkon Q40+ smartphone on its website without any details of pricing and availability.

Some of the key features of the smartphone include dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) functionality, Android 4.4.2 KitKat, a 4-inch (480×800 pixels) WVGA IPS display, a 1.3GHz quad-core (unspecified chipset) processor coupled with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of inbuilt storage further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB), a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and a 1500mAh battery.

The company last month launched 2 smartphones, namely Millennium Ultra Q500 and Millennium Glory Q5. Unlike the aforementioned Celkon Campus Nova A352E, both the handsets run on Android 4.4 KitKat.

Some of the other Android KitKat-based handsets by the company are the Celkon Campus A15K, Signature Two A500, Millennium Elite Q470, Millennium Power Q3000, Millennium Vogue Q455, Campus Mini A350,Millennium Dazzle Q44, and the Campus A35K. The Millennium Ultra Q500 comes priced at Rs. 9,999, while the Millennium Glory Q5 is priced at Rs. 7,299. Both handsets feature 3G connectivity.
