Brian Isiko’s Cyber Harassment Case Adjourned

Brian Isiko a YMCA student charged of sending love messages to Kabarole district woman MP Sylvia Rwaboogo has had his case adjourned.

Brian Isiko(middle) was granted bail on a cash bond of Shs1 million by the Buganda Road Court grade one magistrate Stellah Amabilis.

Buganda road Court Chief Magistrate Patricia Amoko adjourned the hearing to November 16 citing that Magistrate Stella Amabilisi is unwell.

Rwaboogo accuses Brian of sending him love messages of which she a larges were harmful to her life.

The two parts were present on Monday to testify against each other before the Magistrate Stella Amabilisi.

Rwaboogo says the messages sent had lyrics got from songs of from songs Don Williams and Enrique Iglesiaswhich she termed were obscene to her.
