BET Awards: P. Diddy falls Onstage, Plans to Sue BET

Diddy plans to sue bet after onstage fall

Rapper Diddy fell during an exciting performance at the BET awards in Los Angeles on Sunday 28th June 2015 that celebrated Bad Boy Records’ 20th year anniversary.

The hip hop star briefly dropped out of sight as he walked towards the back of the stage, dropping into a hole that was used by Lil’ Kim to make her entrance. He soon recovers, with fans offering a helping hand.

The mishap happened as Lil’ Kim, Mase, Faith Evans, 112 and the Lox joined Diddy to perform a medley of past hits. A video montage of rap king Notorious BIG played in the background as his verse from Mo Money Mo Problems played.

According to Kiss Detroit, Diddy will sue BET and Viacom for $15M as he believed that his fall was a publicity stunt for BET. “It’s funny how I magically fall into a hole after the whole UCLA episode. I’m not stupid; I am the king of marketing. I know BET’s strategy and now they’ve gotta pay up, nothing’s free when it comes to Diddy,” he allegedly explained.
