Bayern Munich will aim at grabbing their second win of the campaign when they host Ajax at Allianz Arena in Group of the 2018/19 Champions League.Bayern endured the first defeat in Bundesliga after being beaten by Hertha Berlin 2-0 on Saturday, 22 September 2018.
Bayern beat Benfica 2-0 in the opening day of the group E with goals from Lewandowski and young Portuguese Renato Sanches.
Ajax registered their first win of the season when they smashed AEK Athens 3-0 to top the group. This makes the Bundesliga champions just one goal off the Dutch giants after a 2-0 victory at Benfica.
Bayern seem to be the favourites on Tuesday but they should be aware of the attacking force behind Ajax.
The two sides have met eight times in Europe, with both teams winning three games, losing three and drawing twice.
The last time they met was in the 2004-05 group stages, with Bayern cruising to a 4-0 home win before drawing 2-2 in Amsterdam.
