Apply for The Kinnessburn Scholarships

The Kinnessburn Scholarship is awarded annually to a student who has successfully completed an undergraduate programme at the Centre for International Foundation Programmes and is progressing on to a degree programme within the University.

Eligibility

Geographical Criteria: International
Domicile for fee status: International
Level of study: Undergraduate
Year of entry: Academic year after completion of the International Foundation Programme at University of St Andrews
Subjects: All
Schools: All
Other criteria: Undergraduate student graduating from the Centre for International Foundation Programmes with a Distinction grade (17 and above)

What does it cover?

Duration: Annually for the duration of the student’s undergraduate programme
Value (per annum): £2,000
Type of Award: Tuition fees

Philimon Badagawa.

Philimon Badagawa is a multimedia journalist with skills in news gathering, packaging, editing and online publishing. He has knowledge in data visualization, can design and manage websites. He previously worked as a journalist with Observer media and authored several articles and stories. He does research, video & audio recording, editing and production for online publication. He Participated in The New Dawn photography campaign aimed at rebranding Northern Uganda-USAID/NUTI Project (2010). Philimon is in love with photography, writing, reading, sharing new ideas and interacting with reasonable people for skills development.
