AAH-I now works with refugees, host communities and other marginalized and vulnerable groups in Kenya, Uganda, Somalia and South Sudan, where it operates across a range of sectors that seek to bridge relief to development.
Job Summary: The incumbent will conduct physical count and update Furniture, Fixture and Equipment (FF&E) records and provide regular and clear reports on the movement of FF &E items and Non Food Items (NFIs). The job holder will be in charge of receiving goods, recording and dispatching store items.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical count and update Furniture, Fixture and Equipment records after every four months
- Code organizational assets and produce reconciled data to support audit processes
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database i.e. Asset relocation forms and equipment authorization forms
- Update and maintain effective records and handling system of all items in the stores
- Raise waybills and manifests for items which are ready for dispatch
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the Workshop Manager of items at the stores
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The candidate should hold a Diploma in related field
- Two years’ experience in similar position.
- Computer literacy skills i.e. working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Database
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Self-motivation and analytical skills
