NFT Consult would like to recruit for its valuable client, Sogea Satom Construction which is a Hydraulic Engineering and Civil Engineering company with operations in 20 countries across the African continent.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The job holder will develop and offer training to employees and workers on quality procedure and good practice.
Raise awareness to the staff
Support the Quality Manager to deploy the company provisions and the QSE management System

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The Quality Engineer should be a qualified Engineer and preferably hold a relevant Master’s degree
Two or more years’ experience
Experience in training
Civil construction skills
Computer literacy skills i.e. proficient in Microsoft Office software
Fluency in English and Luganda.
