About NFT:

NFT Consult would like to recruit for its valuable client, Sogea Satom Construction which is a Hydraulic Engineering and Civil Engineering company with operations in 20 countries across the African continent.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• The job holder will develop and offer training to employees and workers on quality procedure and good practice.
• Raise awareness to the staff
• Support the Quality Manager to deploy the company provisions and the QSE management System

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• The Quality Engineer should be a qualified Engineer and preferably hold a relevant Master’s degree
• Two or more years’ experience
• Experience in training
• Civil construction skills
• Computer literacy skills i.e. proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Fluency in English and Luganda.
