Job Summary: The IT Support Officer- will be responsible for the IT needs of the Company by supporting the IT Manager. This includes system Installation, maintenance, and Technical Support. S/he is responsible for ensuring that standards are followed in the most efficient and cost effective manner. S/he will ensure that proper back up, anti- virus and disaster recovery procedures are identified and followed and that end users have access to shared files, printers and emails.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: The applicants for the IT Support Officer should hold Bachelor’s Degrees in IT or relevant field with One-year experience.
