Job Summary: The Project Scheduler will primarily develop project schedules of all assigned projects over the total project life cycle process

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain well-defined and properly sequenced project schedules for all individual projects over the complete life cycle of the project
  • Consolidate the individual project schedules into a project delivery programme.
  • Collaborate with the Project Development Manager and Project Engineers to develop project development schedules.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to develop project execution schedules.
  • Track individual progress according to schedules and report to relevant managers

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The candidate should hold a Degree in Engineering with at least 5 (five) years experience in similar work.
  • Additional post graduate qualification in Project Management
  • The ability to produce project schedules and track progress
  • Project management skills with a clear understanding of work breakdown structures
  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft office products (MS Project, Excel, Project, Word, etc)
