Job Title: Adolescent Health Program Trainer
BRAC is one the largest Non-Governmental Development Organization in the world, working in a number of countries in Africa and Asia on poverty alleviation Programs, is registered in Uganda as BRAC Uganda. The organization implements integrated development approach combining Education, Health, Agriculture, Livestock, Adolescent Empowerment and Micro finance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will playing a key role in the identification of training needs from strategic and local agendas and adequately prepare training modules for delivering appropriate training to people such as health professionals and volunteers.
- Responsible for planning and developing health awareness activities for targeted beneficiaries, and empowering them to make healthy choices.
- Support life skills trainers conduct reproductive health trainings effectively.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The prospective job holder should hold a diploma in Nursing, (preferably women)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Computer skills with Proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
