Administrative Assistant job vacancy at Bishop Stuart University

Job Title:   Administrative Assistant.

Bishop Stuart University (Chartered 2014) is a growing Ankole Diocese; Church of Uganda (Anglican) founded Institution Located in Mbarara on Kakoba Hill 5KM from the town Centre.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant vacancy should hold a relevant Bachelor’s  Degree. Possession of a Master’s Degree is added advantage.
  • Five or more years or more working experience in a similar position in a reputable Organization.
  • Working knowledge of Estates affairs is a requirement.
  • Computer Literacy and excellent documentation skills are a must.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be a person of strong faith and integrity and a committed Christian.
