Job Title: Specialist, Billing Integration

NFT Consult, a leading HR Consultancy firm, seeks to recruit for it valuable client, a Global Technology Consultant. NFT Human Resource Solutions are customer tailored per industry requirements and are geared towards increased cost savings, process improvement leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness yet simultaneously strengthening quality and control of resources.

Job Summary: The Specialist, Billing Integration will work closely with the IT vendors and suppliers to facilitate deployment of post-paid billing solutions to the live environment and provide post-implementation support to the end-user.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow through the post-paid billing solution development from concept through design and into implementation stages.
• Coordinate all activities involved in the deployment of developed post-paid billing solutions to the live environment.
• Facilitate and support user acceptance tests for developed solutions.
• Assist to ensure post- paid billing solutions conform to user specifications and quality standards before deployment into the live environment.
• Assist with internal testing of developed post-paid billing solutions.
• Recommend and facilitate appropriate training for end users in liaison with IT vendor.
• Assist to manage user expectations and provide informal training for end users on deployed post-paid billing solutions.
• Actively participate in periodic post implementation tests and resolve issues that may arise.
• Work as a key liaison between IT vendors and end-users
• Attend team/divisional/departmental meetings as required.
• Prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Manager, Post-Paid Billing and Integration.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager, Post-Paid Billing and Integration.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant should hold a first degree or its equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in similar job roles.
