Andrew Rackala, a lecturer at Gulu University is dead. Andrew’s life was cut short after unknown gunmen shot him dead on Saturday night at his home place in Pece Division, Gulu Municipality.
The District Police Commander, Dennis Odoch said that Andrew was found with bullet wounds on the chest when he was rushed to Gulu Independence Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
The fallen lecturer was reportedly gunned shortly after he entered his gate on the fateful night.
