Organisation: Plan International

Duty Station:  Kampala, Uganda

Reports to: Country Director

About US:

Plan International is an independent development and humanitarian organization that advances

Working together with children, young people, our supporters and partners, we strive for a just world, tackling the root causes of the challenges facing girls and all vulnerable children. We have been building powerful partnerships for children for more than 80 years, and are now active in more than 75 countries.

Job Summary:  The Sponsorship Manager has overall responsibility for managing initiatives that continuously improve the quality delivery of child sponsorship, from development to successful implementation across all our field offices, ensuring that sponsorship systems support programmes and processes, whilst championing child sponsorship across the organisation.
