In the bid of fighting poverty in Uganda, His excellent Yoweri kaguta Museveni injected shilling 100millions to boost Gulu University staff SACCO.

On 11^th January 2020, the SACCO received the money during the 15th graduation ceremony of Gulu University where over 1500 Graduands were passed out.

His Excellent the president of Uganda was the Guest of honor during the ceremony.

President Museveni promised to support Gulu university’s efforts to acquire more land for expansion and help it build a teaching hospital.

He further encouraged the university to design and teach courses that are marketable and solution based to move Uganda forward.
