Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (02 Positions)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to develop Star DTV solar market from scratch.
- Achieve and surpass set monthly and annual sales targets of Star DTV Solar products
- Able to lead a team of about 20 sales representatives.
- Give product knowledge to the Sales Representatives and guide them to meet the set targets.
- Liaise with the Technical department to ensure that installations are done properly.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate performance of his team on monthly basis.
- Manage stocks of dealers/distributors to ensure that they are well stocked at all times.
- Make sure that periodic reports (daily, weekly and monthly) are submitted in time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Regional Sales Manager position should hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
- At least 3 years sales experience in solar business in a reputable organization.
- Flexible to travel to different regions of the country.
- He/she must possess the ability to mentor the team to achieve high sales figures
- Good negotiation and rapport building skills
- Team player with high levels of flexibility.
- Proven New product development skills
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and pressure.
- Good communication skills
