Job Title: Customer Service Associate

NFT Consult, a leading HR Consultancy firm, seeks to recruit for it valuable client, Fenix International which is a for-profit corporation based in San Francisco, California with customers across multiple markets and core expertise in power electronics, product design and base-of-the-pyramid marketing. NFT Human Resource Solutions are customer tailored per industry requirements and are geared towards increased cost savings, process improvement leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness yet simultaneously strengthening quality and control of resources.

Job Summary: The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for receiving and processing customer service queries this position will be up-country based i.e. Masaka, Mbarara, Kasese.

Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversight of Inventory of Revenue Units across all PoS in territory
Supervision of Inventory of Service Units and Accessories across all Service Centers in Territory
Offering quality customer care to Fenix customers who need technical and non-technical assistance
Field testing and surveying to assist with product development of cutting edge solar powered technologies
Customer feedback and satisfaction data collection i.e. handling detailed customer questions relating to the company products

Qualifications, Skills and Experience needed for the Job:

The ideal candidate for the aforementioned Customer Care Opportunity should possess a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related field i.e. Sales and Marketing
A minimum of two or more years’ experience in a customer-oriented organizational setting, sales experience is an added advantage
Strong critical thinking skills
Possess the ability to multi-task
Fluent spoken and written English and Luganda with ability to speak an additional local language
Past experience living and working upcountry is a must for this role.
