Bishop Stuart University Confirms Dates for the 18th Graduation Ceremony

The Academic Registrar, Bishop Stuart University informs all prospective graduands, parents/guardians and the general public that the 18th Graduation Ceremony will take place on Friday 24th March 2023 at River Side Sports Grounds.

As a prospective graduands, they are expected to start the clearing process to enable the office of the Academic Registrar to prepare for graduation’s success. Clearance already begun and the deadline is 30th January 2023

According to university finance minister, requests the graduands to focus on the 18th graduation planned for March 2023, as windows for clearance of students who have fulfilled all the requirements for graduation are open

Below are the requirements for clearance

  1. Pay graduation fee of 126,500=
  2. Fill out the graduation clearance forms
  3. Clear with the Head of your Department and Faculty Dean.
  4. Get a printout of your partial results from your respective faculties.

NOTE:

  1. Clearance will be done Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  2. The deadline is 30th January 2023 as indicated earlier in AR’s communications (in Memo 1 and Two).

The purpose of the notice is to allow you clear early for better planning and avoiding last minute inconveniences.
