Applications filled in triplicate on PSF 3 [Revised] 2008 or as per appendix A – 19 of the Uganda Public Service Standing Orders 2010 should be submitted to the Secretary District Service Commission/Lwengo at DSC Office; Lwengo District Headquarters or via Post Office at P.O. Box 1330, Masaka to be received not later than 22nd October 2019.
Applications should be accompanied by 3 recent passport photographs plus certified copies of relevant academic and other documents. Serving officers must route their applications through their Responsible Officers who ought to be advised of the closing date to avoid delays. Application forms should bear the title of the post as well as the reference number specified against the vacancy. 2. Requirements for Aneasthetic Assistant are; – An Ordinary Diploma in Aneasthesia from a recognized institution Must be registered with the Allied Health Professional Council and must have a valid annual practicing license.
3. Requirements for Clerk of Works are; – An Ordinary Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution with atleast 5 years’ experience of which 3(three) years is in construction supervision of similar structure OR Advanced Certificate in construction with experience of over 10 years.
